Spond

Trials

Trials for team placement are held annually in June/July. Team selection is based on availability, performance in training, and commitment.

Match Information

On match days, players are required to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for warm-up and tactical discussions. It is essential to bring:

Team kit (including bibs if applicable)
Appropriate footwear (indoor or outdoor, depending on the venue)
Water bottle to stay hydrated
A positive attitude and team spirit
